Shri.R.Sundara rajan Shri. Sundara Rajan is a Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University and an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad. He has over 30 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He was the founder-CEO & Managing Director of Medicorp Technologies Ltd., a listed company, manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients in USFDA-approved facilities in India, catering to multinational pharmaceutical companies in the US and Europe. He has established several joint ventures and high quality facilities, focused on research and product innovation. He is currently the Group Director of the Shriram Group of Companies, Chennai and is also mentoring a few technology start-ups.

Shri.G.V.Raman Shri.G.V.Raman is the executive chairman of the Shriram Group and a Chartered Accountant. He is a very senior professional and had served as the Secretary,Vice Chairman and Chairman of the SIRC of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a member of the All India Taxation Committee and President of the society of Auditors. He had served as the Governor of the LIONS club in district 324 A1.Among other things, he is also a member in the general committee of the Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Shiva Shankar, a top rank holder secured his law degree from the Madras Law College. He is a member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Shiva Shankar has had a rich experience of working in various large corporate houses in India in the legal, taxation & compliance divisions and has worked on several transactions and has built up a significant expertise in the financial services sector. A passionate academician – he is also a visiting faculty at various professional institutes in India speaking on corporate laws & foreign exchange.
